As FUKA HOME COMPANY LIMITED operates under a Printed-on-Demand (POD) model, production only begins after your order has been successfully processed and paid for. This policy outlines our processing, shipping times, and costs.

1. Processing & Production Time

The time required to create your custom product before shipment.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will update you with the tracking number so you can monitor the shipping progress of your order. Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Please see the estimated shipping times for specific locations below.

3. Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, we will update you with the tracking number so you can monitor your order's progress.
  • Holiday & Peak Season: During peak seasons (like Christmas), delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above due to high carrier volumes. We appreciate your understanding.
  • International Orders: Orders shipped outside the US or EU may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause additional delays. We have no influence over the customs process.

4. Incorrect Address Policy (Updated for Clarity)

We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Update Window: You can update your information within 24 hours after placing your order by contacting us immediately.
  • Lost/Stolen: Once the order has left our warehouse, we are not liable if the parcel gets lost or stolen.
  • Returned Items: If an item is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. The customer is responsible for covering the reshipment fee to have the order sent out a second time. We do not immediately donate returned items unless no response is received from the customer after 30 days.
