Shipping Policy
Our products are printed on demand. We will only start designing, printing, and producing after your order has been paid for. Production time is 4–7 business days. The delivery times will vary depending on your location.
As soon as the order is shipped, we will update you with the tracking number so you can monitor the shipping progress of your order. Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Please see the estimated shipping times for specific locations below.

- The above time frame is only applicable for orders with standard shipping methods.
- Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time above is only approximate; some items and orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you and will inform you via email in these cases to find the best solutions.
- Holiday shipping: In peak season, your order may arrive later than expected. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience, and we hope that you can sympathize with us.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders must go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- Shipping times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment.
Incorrect Address
- Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- You can update your information within 12 hours after placing your order. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are not liable if the parcel gets lost or stolen. Any returned items will be donated immediately upon return to our warehouse.
