At FUKAHOME, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we have a 30-day return policy. Please review the following conditions and guidelines:
Returns Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Products should not have been washed or used.
Exchanges and Refunds
- For products without personalized information
- Products without customized names and numbers can be exchanged for items of equal value or returned for a refund.
- If the exchange item is more expensive, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee for any returns or exchanges.
- For products with personalized information
- For items where customers can request personalized details such as names, logos, added or removed details, and patterns, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the error is on our part (for example, the product size does not match the size chart description, or the personalized information does not match the customer's order details). Please carefully check the product size chart before placing an order. We are not responsible for customers choosing the wrong size for personalized products.
- If the product you received has personalized information that does not match the details you provided in the order, please contact us and provide a photo of the product clearly showing the error. For products that you believe do not match the size chart description, please provide a photo of the product laid flat on the floor with a measuring tape indicating the dimensions that differ from the size chart description. This information will help our production department identify the errors and process a replacement or refund for you.
Returning Your Purchase
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.
- Once we receive your returned parcel, our fulfillment center will check it (usually within 72 hours of receipt).
- If the returned item meets the criteria, your refund will be processed promptly. However, the time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
