Returns and Refunds Policy
At FUKA HOME COMPANY LIMITED, our priority is your complete satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Please review our conditions and procedures below.
1. Returns Eligibility
All products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or refund:
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Washed/Used: Products should not have been washed or used.
2. Handling Errors with Personalized Products
Since our products are Print-on-Demand (POD) and custom-made for you, we only accept returns/refunds for personalized items if there is a manufacturing error.
If you receive a personalized product with an error, please follow these steps:
- Manufacturing Defects: If the size is incorrect (does not match the size chart description) or the personalization details do not match your order (e.g., incorrect spelling/color).
- Provide Proof: You must contact us immediately and provide the following:
- Personalization Errors: A clear photo of the product showing the error (e.g., incorrect name).
- Sizing Errors: A photo of the product laid flat with a measuring tape clearly showing the dimension(s) that differ from the size chart.
- Resolution: If the error is confirmed to be on our part, we will promptly process a replacement or a full refund. We will gladly cover all return and exchange shipping costs for defective products.
- Important Note: Please carefully check the size chart provided on the specific product page you are ordering from. We are not responsible if you use a size chart from another supplier or brand.
3. Returning Your Purchase (Procedure)
- Initiate: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team via email info@fukahome.com or by filling out our Contact Us form first.
- Guidance: Our team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions and the correct return address.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned parcel, our fulfillment center will inspect the item (usually within 72 business hours).
- Refund Processing: If the returned item meets all criteria, your refund will be processed promptly. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
