- PayPal:

- If PayPal does not support your currency, the payment will automatically convert to US dollars.

- Card Acceptance: Our system might not accept certain cards. Try using a different one.
- Incorrect Information: Ensure that all card details (number, CVC code, etc.) are entered correctly.
- How can I resolve payment issues?
- Try using a different card and ensure that the shipping and billing information match.
- Why is my payment still pending after I have paid?
- The payment might not have been processed successfully. Once the payment is received, the order status will change to 'Paid.' If the payment has been deducted but the order status remains 'Pending,' contact us via email for assistance.
- How secure is my payment?
- We use secure online payment methods. For Visa and MasterCard, we employ 3-D Secure technology (Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure Code) to protect against unauthorized card use. When paying by credit card, a new window will request your personal security code, and your financial institution will authenticate the transaction.
- How do I know if my payment has been received?
- Check your order status for payment confirmation. Additionally, your bank will send a confirmation email once the payment is processed.
