Order Cancellation & Change Policy
At FUKA HOME COMPANY LIMITED, we process and start production on custom orders very quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please review the critical conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation
You are eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund only if both conditions are met:
- Time Frame: Your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Production Status: The order has not yet entered the final stages of production or shipped.
2. Changes to Your Custom Order (Personalization & Sizing)
We understand that mistakes happen. For custom items, you may request changes to your personalization details (e.g., name, number, custom image) or product specifications (e.g., size, color) only if the request is submitted within the 24-hour window.
- How to Request a Change: Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and the exact details you need to modify.
- Approval: Once the 24-hour window has passed, or the item has entered production, we cannot guarantee any changes will be possible.
3. How to Cancel Your Order
To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately using one of the methods below:
- Action: Contact us via email info@fukahome.comor by filling out our Contact Us form.
- Information Required: Please provide your order number, full name, and the reason for cancellation.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved within the eligible 24-hour window:
- Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Non-Cancelable Orders
Orders that have already shipped or are outside the 24-hour modification/cancellation window cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product after this period, you will need to refer to our Return and Exchange Policy once the order has been delivered.
