Our products are printed on demand. We will only start designing, printing, and producing after your order has been paid for. Production time is 4–7 business days. The delivery times will vary depending on your location.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will update you with the tracking number so you can monitor the shipping progress of your order. Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Please see the estimated shipping times for specific locations below.

• The above time frame is only applicable for orders with standard shipping methods. 
• Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time above is only approximate; some items and orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
• Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you and will inform you via email in these cases to find the best solutions.
• Holiday shipping: In peak season, your order may arrive later than expected. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience, and we hope that you can sympathize with us.
• International orders: It may take additional days if orders must go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
• Shipping times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• For products without personalized information: Customers can request an exchange for an item of equal value or return the item for a refund. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
• For products with personalized information: For items where customers can request personalized details such as names, logos, added or removed details, and patterns, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the error is on our part (for example, the product size does not match the size chart description, or the personalized information does not match the customer's order details). Please carefully check the product size chart before placing an order. We are not responsible for customers choosing the wrong size for personalized products.
